Apprenticeship Program (available for local residents in West Michigan, subject to acceptance) - Gain all the necessary tools and knowledge to thrive as a birth doula!

• Access to a blend of virtual and in-person training sessions
• Ongoing mentorship and coaching throughout your client interactions under Allison Brito Doula Services
• Earn income for your work during the apprenticeship

Mentoring Sessions - These sessions can be conducted virtually or in person at our office space in downtown Grand Rapids. They encompass a range of invaluable opportunities:

• Debrief and process the births you have attended, allowing for reflection and learning from your experiences
• Hands-on learning of my most effective comfort measures to incorporate into your own practice, enhancing your ability to support your clients
• Practical assistance in building your clientele and establishing a sustainable birth doula business, including strategies for social media presence, personal branding, website design, networking, and forming partnerships, as well as addressing imposter syndrome
• Guidance and encouragement in your studies, whether pursuing certification through an agency or independently
• Tailored homework assignments designed to align with your personal goals and foster your professional growth
